Requirements

  • College degree in STEM field (Economics, Actuarial Science, etc.)
  • 4+ years of quantitative analysis experience using SQL
  • Track record of building analytics that drive business decisions
  • Associate or Fellow of SOA (bonus)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Maintain sophisticated models to forecast financial impact of policy changes
  • Conduct sensitivity analyses and stress testing on financial models
  • Perform in-depth analysis of claims and operational data to identify cost drivers
  • Conduct retrospective studies to measure actual outcomes against projections
  • Build repeatable analytic processes and create executive-ready visualizations
