Requirements
- College degree in STEM field (Economics, Actuarial Science, etc.)
- 4+ years of quantitative analysis experience using SQL
- Track record of building analytics that drive business decisions
- Associate or Fellow of SOA (bonus)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Maintain sophisticated models to forecast financial impact of policy changes
- Conduct sensitivity analyses and stress testing on financial models
- Perform in-depth analysis of claims and operational data to identify cost drivers
- Conduct retrospective studies to measure actual outcomes against projections
- Build repeatable analytic processes and create executive-ready visualizations
