💼 About This Role

You'll manage regional KOL networks for Binance's Brand PR & KOL team. Your role focuses on public opinion management and shaping brand narrative, not user acquisition. You'll build databases and coordinate rapid responses during PR events.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research and assess KOLs based on content quality, community influence, and output frequency
• Build and continuously update a structured regional KOL database
• Develop regional KOL strategy documents and present recommendations
• Monitor social media discourse and identify emerging narratives and sentiment shifts

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in influencer marketing, KOL management, PR, or community operations
• Advanced English and native in one regional language (Polish, Bulgarian, Czech, Hungarian)
• Solid understanding of regional crypto social media landscape and key voices
• Strong editorial judgment to evaluate KOLs on content depth and community trust
