🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for Product and Engineering roles
• Source candidates via outreach, referrals, and creative channels
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines in ATS (Ashby)

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in agency or high-growth company
• Passion for sourcing diverse talent and engaging passive candidates
• Ability to recruit for technical roles (Product Manager and Software Engineers)
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools
