💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing an exceptional customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets. This role offers a chance to grow with a beloved brand in a fun environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and use product knowledge to drive sales
• Step up and provide leadership support on the sales floor when needed
• Open and close the store, process sales transactions, and manage register closeout
• Assist with planogram changes and maintain stock room organization

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Love for music and pop culture
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to merchandise product and lift up to 50 pounds

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup operations
• Knowledge of store KPIs like UPT and ADT
