You will oversee multiple high-visibility software and AI/GenAI projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and customer expectations. You'll manage project plans and documentation, drive accountability, mentor junior project managers, and support PMO best practices.

Requirements

• 12-16 years IT experience
• 7+ years project management experience leading multiple concurrent customer-facing projects
• Full lifecycle project delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid
• PMP certification
• Advanced proficiency with MS Project, Salesforce, Rocketlane, and Power BI

Responsibilities

• Manage high-visibility software and AI/GenAI projects
• Manage project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and documentation
• Communicate with executive leadership
• Drive ownership, accountability, and escalation management
• Mentor project managers and support PMO best practices
