💼 About This Role

You'll lead U.S. Government sales and business development for Quindar's cloud-native satellite mission operations software, building relationships with key defense and national security stakeholders. Your core impact lies in driving growth through strategic capture management and executing B2B2G strategies. This mission-critical role offers the chance to shape product direction with direct customer feedback.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior government stakeholders
  • Lead full lifecycle capture management from identification to award
  • Execute integrated B2B2G growth strategies across primes and partners
  • Provide structured mission need feedback to product and engineering teams

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in government business development or capture management
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Deep understanding of FAR/DFARS procurement processes
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and proposal management tools

✨ Nice to Have

  • PMP or APMP certification
  • Experience with DoD, IC, Space Force or related agencies
  • Engineering degree preferred
