You will work closely with international partners to process, track, and manage orders, ensuring accuracy and smooth coordination. You'll monitor inventory, resolve order issues, and support audits while contributing to a close-knit team that values authenticity and environmental impact.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills
• 1-2 years of experience in order management, wholesale operations, or retail operations
• Experience handling sales orders, backorders, and order fulfillment processes
• Knowledge of EDI systems and Netsuite
• Willing to work graveyard shift (9 PM to 6 AM Philippine time)

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately through EDI and non-EDI systems
• Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfillment and delivery
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to resolve order issues
• Handle order changes, cancellations, and returns efficiently
• Oversee ordering and packaging process to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment
