💼 About This Role

You'll design and build automation across our GTM stack to reduce manual toil and extend our PLG trigger infrastructure. You'll help Supabase's go-to-market teams translate product signals into actionable workflows, improving how we identify and convert opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in async, fast-paced environments and wants to build developer tools that scale to millions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build automation across HubSpot, BigQuery, and Hightouch
• Maintain HubSpot architecture including workflows and custom properties
• Build internal tools and dashboards for AEs, BDRs, and CSAs
• Develop GTM dashboards in Hex for pipeline coverage and conversion tracking

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Sales Engineering, or RevOps Engineering
• Comfortable with HubSpot APIs and custom objects
• Proficient in SQL/BigQuery
• Experience building automations with Python or Node.js

• Experience in async or globally distributed teams
• Applied AI in a sales context (e.g., Claude, Gemini)
