Description

You will perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry to maintain apartment homes and property grounds, while delivering excellent customer service to residents. This is an entry-level role where you can develop your skills with support from a service manager.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs/ladders, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry
• Respond to after-hours emergency service as on-call technician
• Maintain property grounds and buildings
• Communicate with customers regarding maintenance needs
• Complete company paperwork and follow safety procedures
