- Lead end-to-end hiring for applications engineering roles globally
- Source and engage high-quality software engineering talent across markets
- Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategy and calibration
- Drive interview coordination, candidate management, and closing processes

- Proven experience recruiting software engineering talent in technology companies
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping capability across global markets
- Good understanding of engineering roles and technical stacks
- Ability to identify high-quality talent beyond pedigree and company brands
