You'll build and manage a network of micro and niche creators to amplify Wing's recruitment campaigns. You'll source, negotiate, and brief creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to produce authentic content that attracts high-quality applicants.

• Proven track record sourcing and managing creator campaigns
