You'll lead ML-driven marketing and growth capabilities at Dave, a fintech app serving financially vulnerable Americans. You'll own the roadmap for applying machine learning to improve acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization across a multi-product ecosystem. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role requiring both technical depth and business acumen.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect machine learning solutions for marketing and growth
• Develop propensity, churn, LTV, and cross-sell models
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Product, and Finance
• Optimize marketing spend efficiency through ML-driven insights

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in machine learning or data science
• Proven experience building and scaling ML models in production
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
• Experience with marketing-related models (propensity, churn, LTV)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech or multi-product ecosystems
• Familiarity with attribution, MMM, or marketing measurement
• Experience with large-scale data platforms like Snowflake
