💼 About This Role

You'll lead AI infrastructure and enablement for Bazaarvoice's Ratings & Reviews platform, defining how user-generated content becomes discoverable through AI platforms. You'll drive strategic decisions on LLM partnerships and expand data foundations for GEO performance. This role positions you at the forefront of AI-driven shopping and discovery.

• Expand strategy for Bazaarvoice data reaching LLM partners like Google and OpenAI.
• Scale collection and structuring of data optimized for AI consumption.
• Drive strategic decisions on AI platform integration and differentiation.
• Advance product capabilities for client UGC discoverability on AI platforms.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years product management experience.
• 2+ years focused on AI/ML products.
• Deep understanding of LLMs and AI platforms.
• Experience building products with external platform integrations (APIs, feeds).
