Description

You will manage a diverse patient panel through in-office and telehealth visits, performing acute, chronic, and well care. You'll collaborate with clinical teams, participate in weekly learning rounds, and have opportunities for in-office procedures. This role is based in Bellevue, WA.

Requirements

• Completed accredited NP or PA program with national certification
• 2 years outpt primary care or 1 year outpt primary care + 1 year fellowship/urgent care in last 5 years
• State licensed in Washington by start date
• Passion for human-centered primary care
• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treat patients in-office, testing centers, or via telehealth
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning opportunities
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams
• Perform in-office procedures as trained
