You'll coordinate pick, pack, and shipping for DTC/e-commerce orders at a Jessup facility. You'll lead hourly associates and support building operations to meet business needs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate hourly labor to complete daily DTC tasks
• Communicate with warehouse leadership on workload priorities
• Maintain urgency in directing associates through clear communication
• Perform floor tasks using MHE when needed

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2-5 years in warehouse processing environment
• Supervisory experience with strong leadership background
• E-commerce fulfillment experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with RF scan guns and WMS
• MHE certification or training
