You'll support M-KOPA's Mobility Operations team in managing customer relationships, loan repayments, and fleet performance as we scale e-mobility across Africa. You'll gain hands-on experience in fintech operations at the intersection of mobility and financial inclusion. This role offers exposure to customer outreach, debt collection, and fleet management that helps thousands build credit.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor customer accounts and support collection efforts
• Support customer contact initiatives and outreach
• Maintain records of interactions in company systems
• Assist with fleet driver monitoring and reporting

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience in collections, fleet management, or customer performance
• Strong communication skills for difficult customer interactions
• Ability to manage field operations and interact with law enforcement
• Proficiency with data tracking systems like Excel and Freshdesk
