📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 4+ years of engineering experience in metal manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing and root cause analysis background.
• Experience with work instructions and tooling specs.

• Creo or AutoCAD experience.
• Internship or co-op experience considered.
• FMEA and process mapping skills.
