Description

As a Machine Operator in the warehouse, you will move metal from inventory to staging areas for shipment. This role involves operating machinery, building bundles, and loading trailers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to customers.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand paperwork and labels
• Follow verbal and basic written instructions
• Learn shipping documentation process
• Work at heights up to 15 ft
• Available for 12-hour rotating shifts (6PM-6AM) with overtime

Responsibilities

• Prepare boxes and bundles for shipment to customers
• Move packed metal from inventory to shipping areas using equipment or manually
• Verify labels on boxes to ensure correct shipment
• Build quality bundles and load trailers properly
• Complete Pre-Loading Checklist before loading trailers
