💼 About This Role

You'll build and grow a portfolio of major donors for Primer Foundation, overseeing the full gift cycle from identification to stewardship. You'll directly impact expanding access to quality K–8 education across the U.S. This role offers the chance to shape a growing philanthropy program recognized with the Yass Prize.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and own a portfolio of major gift donors
• Build and run a mid-level giving program
• Serve as a face of Primer at key events
• Manage stakeholder communications for gift renewals

📋 Requirements

• History of closing five-figure gifts
• Experience building relationships toward increased gifts
• Past fundraising experience with education-related causes
