Description

You will build Python-based services and integrations that help home healthcare organizations get the most out of the AlayaCare platform. You'll own technical delivery from design to deployment, collaborate with customers to scope requirements, and create reusable components that power scalable data solutions.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in software development or data engineering
• Strong Python and SQL skills with production-grade code experience
• Familiarity with orchestration tools like Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster
• Excellent communication skills for customer-facing discussions
• Experience with AWS and infrastructure as code preferred

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Python-based services and internal tooling for customer integrations
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT processes using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Postgres
• Troubleshoot production issues and investigate data anomalies across complex systems
• Create and maintain technical documentation and export specifications
• Collaborate with customers to scope requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
