📋 Requirements

• Experience in Tech Support and helpdesk software
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of Google Admin, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
• Understanding of local area networking and device configuration

• Experience with Atlassian Suite and N-Central
• Familiarity with contact centre and CRM applications
