Description
You will own and execute key Accounts Receivables processes for Agoda's Merchant Commission partner flows, ensuring accurate booking to cash accounting, reconciliation, and reporting while supporting new product and partner onboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 5-8 years experience in Accounting/Finance Operations (AR or revenue reconciliation preferred)
- Experience in multinational company (travel/ecommerce/online platform a plus)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and comfortable with large datasets
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Accounting and Reconciliation of Merchant Commission transactions
- Calculate and review bad debt provisions for Merchant Commission using CECL methodology
- Define and validate finance requirements for new partner launches and system changes
- Lead UAT for new Merchant Commission flows
- Oversee correct application of FX rates for Merchant Commission transactions
