💼 About This Role

You'll build the analytical foundation for a new business direction at OBRIO, a product IT company behind the spirituality brand Nebula with 70M+ users. You'll establish a transparent scalability model and drive a data-informed culture from scratch. This role offers mentorship from a senior data analyst who grew from junior within the company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Full-cycle A/B test analysis from hypothesis to recommendations
• Analyze marketing, product, and operational metrics for bottlenecks
• Adapt existing analytical processes and create new ones
• Implement alerting for key business metrics

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years in product or growth analytics
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests
• Strong understanding of unit economics and metric impact
• Comfortable working in zero-to-one environments with high uncertainty

• Experience with Data Mesh approach
• Familiarity with ETL processes
