You'll lead webinar-led onboarding for Aircall's SMB/Core customers, ensuring fast activation and product adoption. You'll proactively monitor portfolio health and jump into ad-hoc support calls, with a hybrid work setup in Sydney. This role combines structured playbooks with real-time problem-solving at a rapidly scaling AI-powered communications company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Host recurring webinar onboarding sessions for groups of customers
- Provide reactive 1:1 support for setup hurdles and best practices
- Monitor portfolio health and proactively reach out to at-risk customers
- Support Account Managers with technical clarity on product workflows
๐ Requirements
- 1โ3 years in a customer-facing SaaS role (Onboarding, CS, Support, etc.)
- Experience hosting webinars or training sessions over video
- Comfortable using CRM systems and customer success platforms
- Ability to manage multiple customers using structured playbooks

- Experience with API integration and Webhooks
- Background in scaled customer success or technical enablement
