💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end delivery of complex AI systems for enterprise customers as part of OpenAI's Forward Deployed Engineering team. You'll translate business outcomes into technical plans, run day-to-day execution across engineering and customer teams, and drive 0-to-1 prototypes to production scale. This role embeds you deeply with customers to solve high-leverage problems and shape the platform roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical delivery plan for multiple interdependent work streams
• Run day-to-day engineering execution, track progress, and unblock teams
• Embed with customers to map workflows and drive adoption
• Partner with Product and Research to align platform components with deployment goals

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership
• Track record leading large, complex customer engagements with tight coordination
• Experience shipping AI/LLM systems in production
• Expertise in at least one major sector (healthcare, energy, financial services, etc.)
