🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as a strategic People Operations partner to assigned departments
• Lead talent management initiatives including performance and succession planning
• Oversee bi-weekly payroll operations and improve accuracy
• Design and implement scalable People Operations processes

📋 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in People Operations or HRBP
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
• Experience managing HR systems (HRIS, payroll, benefits platforms)
