• Respond to inbound communications and connect with subject matter experts
• Participate in team meetings and provide status updates
• Review and update Brightspace Learning Center content for quality
• Analyze data to communicate insights for community improvements

📋 Requirements

• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Enrolled in a post-secondary co-op program
• Able to work in-person from D2L office

• Experience with online learning management software
• Experience with HTML/CSS
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT
