💼 About This Role

You'll act as an embedded engineering partner for strategic customers, designing and building custom solutions with Cribl's telemetry platform. Your work will directly shape the product roadmap and create reusable assets that scale across the customer base.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Embed as technical partner for key accounts, understanding architectures and goals.
• Integrate Cribl into customers' existing SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and other tools.
• Extend Cribl Search with custom datasets, dashboards, and enrichments.
• Build reusable Packs and solution assets for common integration patterns.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a software engineering or forward deployed role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/Node.js for building pipeline logic.
• Experience with API integrations and custom connectors.
• Proven ability to design creative solutions for complex customer requirements.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SIEM, SOAR, or observability platforms.
• Familiarity with Cribl or similar telemetry data pipelines.
• Previous work in a remote-first environment.
