You'll lead client engagements at the frontier of AI and emerging technology, shaping problems and running experiments for a leading innovation consultancy. You'll drive the commercial pipeline and hand off validated opportunities for scaled delivery. This role offers the chance to shape the Labs practice as it grows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Shape client proposals, pitches, and engagements.
• Identify opportunities and develop agentic AI propositions.
• Lead cross-functional Labs teams through ambiguous engagements.
• Partner with Studio team for handover of validated opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• Leading work in ambiguity - navigate undefined problems.
• Running experimental initiatives from concept to pilot.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools with agentic AI knowledge.
• Facilitating design thinking workshops with systems thinking.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in consultancy, agency, or innovation/labs environment.
• Familiarity with service and experience design principles.
• Understanding of governance, data privacy, and secure-environment considerations.
