You'll onboard and support self storage operators across EU markets as a trusted guide to help them succeed with Stora's software platform. You'll drive customer adoption and revenue growth across new markets. This role offers the chance to shape customer experiences in a fast-growing SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Onboard new customers across EU markets with setup and training
• Support customers via email, chat, video, and in person
• Build long-term relationships through proactive account engagement
• Monitor account health, usage, and risks

📋 Requirements

• Fluent English and professional fluency in French, Spanish, or German
• Experience in Customer Success or a similar customer-facing SaaS role
• Strong communication skills to explain software clearly
• Structured, organised approach to manage multiple customers
