You'll manage a portfolio of homecare agencies using HHAeXchange, intervening during critical moments to resolve issues and strengthen partnerships. You'll drive feature adoption and demonstrate ROI, protecting revenue and supporting renewals. This hybrid role is based in Bloomington, MN.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of customers with proactive outreach and responsive problem solving
• Identify customer needs, prioritize actions, and implement practical solutions
• Guide customers transitioning from Implementation into stable day-to-day operations
• Lead retention efforts for accounts showing risk and present clear next steps

📋 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a customer facing role resolving complex issues
• Experience with SaaS or technology platforms and post-implementation engagement
• Demonstrated success in retaining customers through consultative conversations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management
