💼 About This Role

You'll own product direction and execution for Reflow, a workforce intelligence platform. You'll turn ambiguous goals into shipped solutions and stay close to customers for discovery and validation. This is a founding role with end-to-end ownership and direct access to founders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product direction, roadmap, and prioritization
• Drive planning, sequencing, and timelines with engineering
• Write product specs, workflows, and acceptance criteria
• Talk to customers for discovery, validation, and support

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience in a very early-stage startup as founder or early PM
• Proven ability to ship products in ambiguous environments
• Strong technical and product judgment trusted by engineers

• Experience with B2B SaaS, data, analytics, or workflow products
• Technical background or deep technical fluency
• Experience owning integrations or partner-facing features
