You'll serve as a trusted people partner supporting managers and employees across Solar Landscape, a leading commercial rooftop solar developer. You'll strengthen employee experience, improve team effectiveness, and equip managers with coaching and guidance on performance, employee relations, and change initiatives. This hands-on role is ideal for an HR leader who thrives close to the business helping create a high-performing, engaged workplace.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as a trusted employee resource and partner on engagement initiatives.
• Coach managers on feedback, performance management, and team dynamics.
• Lead employee relations matters with sound judgment and fairness.
• Design and refine HR policies to support company growth and compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive HR Business Partner or Generalist experience
• Experience supporting and coaching managers across multiple business units
• Demonstrated ownership of performance management cycles and employee relations cases
• Strong working knowledge of employment law (multi-state preferred)
