You'll develop and maintain ETL data engineering processes using Python (PySpark) within Azure Synapse Analytics. You'll collaborate on challenging projects at a growing software consultancy, designing scalable data pipelines and optimizing performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop ETL pipelines using PySpark in Azure Synapse
• Design data warehouse structures (star schemas, MPP SQL Pool)
• Extract data from REST APIs, SQL tables, and CSV files
• Optimize pipeline performance and monitor ETL jobs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Azure Synapse Analytics proficiency (Notebooks, Pipelines, Linked Services)
• Python (PySpark) for data extraction and transformation
• Complex SQL writing and performance optimization

✨ Nice to Have

• Azure Data Engineer certification
• Experience with big data technologies or machine learning
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau
