You'll lead a team delivering high-quality insights on market sizing, business performance, and growth opportunities. You'll own the strategic narrative for the segment and build a high-caliber team in a remote-first culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as strategic partner to Revenue segment leaders, shaping long-term strategy
• Lead team delivering insights and analytics on market sizing, business performance
• Proactively monitor KPIs and translate data signals into actionable recommendations
• Own strategic narrative and synthesize complex problems into clear frameworks

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or analytics
• Dedicated leadership experience building and scaling high-performing teams
• Exceptional problem-solving skills structuring ambiguous problems
• Deep analytical fluency with SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools

• Background in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
• Experience leveraging AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code
• Proven track record as strategic advisor to senior/executive leadership
