In this role, you'll lead a team of People Culture Coordinators, ensuring efficient HR operations and employee lifecycle support. You'll drive process improvements, manage Workday data integrity, and collaborate with partners across the organization to deliver high-quality service.

Requirements

  • Experience managing and mentoring a team of HR Coordinators
  • Strong project management and systems thinking skills
  • Experience with Workday and HR operations
  • University degree in HR or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with Canadian and US compliance and employment laws

Responsibilities

  • Manage, train, and coach a team of People Culture Coordinators
  • Supervise employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, changes, terminations) and define SLAs
  • Act as Workday functional power user and audit HR data for accuracy
  • Lead creation and maintenance of P&C administrative Playbook and identify process improvements
  • Oversee coordination of employee programs (training, recognition, DEI, wellness)
