Description

You will design and build AI-powered internal applications and agents used daily by Robinhood employees, working end-to-end across frontend, backend, and AI orchestration layers to deliver reliable, user-friendly tools that improve internal workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years full-stack software engineering experience in AI, ML, or data-heavy environments
• Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)
• Experience with LLMs and agentic systems including prompt engineering or RAG patterns
• Solid product and UX instincts for internal or enterprise tools
• Comfort working in large codebases or monorepos and shipping production-grade systems

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack tools and frameworks for AI-powered internal applications
• Design and implement client- and server-side systems for production-ready agentic AI solutions
• Develop workflows and tooling for agent development enabling rapid prototyping and iteration
• Build internal AI products from workflow automation to full internal platforms
• Collaborate with AI engineers and stakeholders to deliver reusable libraries and tooling
