As Lead Piercer, you'll oversee the piercing studio, elevate customer service, and ensure a safe, hygienic environment. You'll guide clients through their piercing journey, from consultation to aftercare, while mentoring staff and driving profitability.

Requirements

• Experienced piercer with knowledge of needle piercing and gold/titanium jewelry
• Calm and professional demeanour during piercing services
• Strong customer service skills to build clientele
• Knowledge of local laws, identification requirements, and waivers
• Ability to train and mentor team members

Responsibilities

• Oversee the piercing customer journey from greeting to aftercare education
• Maintain health and safety standards, including sharps and biohazard waste
• Support inventory management and ensure optimal jewelry assortment
• Collaborate with Store Manager on studio flow and process improvements
• Explain service procedures, risks, and aftercare to clients
