💼 About This Role

You'll lead strategic initiatives to accelerate growth for portfolio companies of Woven Capital, a $1.6B global fund. You'll bridge gaps between startups and Toyota's ecosystem, identifying collaboration opportunities and driving business development projects. This role offers direct impact on mobility innovation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop action plans for portfolio companies to create short-term and long-term value
• Build networks within Toyota group to understand interests and constraints
• Identify partnership opportunities between Woven Capital portfolio and Toyota group
• Facilitate discussions to drive new business opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business development or project management
• Experience managing complex projects under strict deadlines
• Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
