You will lead GumGum's Mindset advertising platform sales across the East Coast outer markets, driving revenue growth by building senior-level agency and brand relationships, executing disciplined territory strategies, and managing a high-performing sales team.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving sustained revenue growth in digital advertising
  • Deep market expertise in DC, New England, and Southeast territories
  • Strong operational rigor and forecasting discipline using Salesforce
  • Experience leading through managers and developing sales leaders
  • Ability to build senior-level relationships with agencies and brands

Responsibilities

  • Lead a multi-market revenue organization across DC, New England, and Southeast territories
  • Manage two senior managers and one senior seller, building a strong leadership bench
  • Convert national growth priorities into regional action plans and territory strategies
  • Recruit, retain, and develop top-performing sales talent
  • Deliver consistent year-over-year revenue growth through disciplined prospecting and account expansion
