Description
You will build long-term relationships with Payoneer partners in the LATAM region, managing a portfolio of 80-100 accounts. Your role involves driving onboarding, retention, and cross-selling to increase the payee population, while identifying business opportunities and collaborating with product and marketing teams to enhance the product portfolio.
Requirements
- 2+ years of account management or business development in fintech/payments
- Bachelor's degree in business or industrial engineering
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Strong analytical and business reasoning skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business targets
Responsibilities
- Build long-term relationships with Payoneer partners in LATAM region
- Manage portfolio of 80-100 accounts, driving onboarding, retention, and cross-selling
- Build growth plans in sync with other customer success managers
- Identify business opportunities and develop go-to-market plans
- Drive events and represent Payoneer in industry forums
