Description

You will build long-term relationships with Payoneer partners in the LATAM region, managing a portfolio of 80-100 accounts. Your role involves driving onboarding, retention, and cross-selling to increase the payee population, while identifying business opportunities and collaborating with product and marketing teams to enhance the product portfolio.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of account management or business development in fintech/payments
  • Bachelor's degree in business or industrial engineering
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Strong analytical and business reasoning skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business targets

Responsibilities

  • Build long-term relationships with Payoneer partners in LATAM region
  • Manage portfolio of 80-100 accounts, driving onboarding, retention, and cross-selling
  • Build growth plans in sync with other customer success managers
  • Identify business opportunities and develop go-to-market plans
  • Drive events and represent Payoneer in industry forums
