💼 About This Role

You'll lead commercial technology legal matters for a frontier AI company, negotiating complex enterprise deals globally. You'll mentor junior team members and shape legal strategy for B2B AI deployment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements (MSAs, SOWs).
• Provide legal advice to go-to-market, product, and compliance teams.
• Develop and refine legal processes for contract lifecycle management.
• Mentor and support junior members of the legal team.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in technology contracting with sophisticated enterprises.
• Experience negotiating cross-border transactions (Canada, US, UK/EU).
• Extensive experience with MSAs, SOWs, and professional services agreements.
