• Ensure CEO focuses on highest-leverage work by reducing friction.
• Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution.
• Support company operating cadence including leadership meetings and KPI reviews.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and improve processes and tooling.

📋 Requirements

• 4-8+ years in strategy, operations, consulting, or investing.
• Proven ability to drive high-impact initiatives independently.
• Strong analytical skills interpreting business performance data.
• Excellent communication skills with executives and stakeholders.
