Description

You will own operations on large 3-axis mills and VTLs, introduce new products, improve high-volume work, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive manufacturing progress. You'll create work instructions, standardize processes, and support shop floor issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, aeronautical, mechanical engineering or related
• 5+ years progressive and related experience
• 3D/2D design/drafting skills

Responsibilities

• Own operations on 2 large 3-axis mills and VTL
• Introduce new products and improve high-volume work
• Create work instructions and best practices
• Establish new machining work centers with tooling and process definition
• Provide Design for Manufacturing feedback to structures teams
