Description

You will lead and coordinate customer-facing projects for deploying and operationalizing Corelight's cybersecurity solutions, working cross-functionally with customers, engineers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes. You'll own end-to-end project planning, drive proactive communication, and support continuous improvement of service offerings.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in technical project management or professional services
• Experience managing complex cybersecurity or IT infrastructure projects
• Excellent communication skills; able to interface with engineers and executives
• Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments and handling ambiguity
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and network protocols (TCP/IP)

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project planning for customer engagements including onboarding, deployment, tuning, and operational integration
• Act as primary point of contact for project coordination between customers, engineers, and stakeholders
• Drive proactive communication and expectations management across project lifecycle
• Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones, identify risks
• Contribute to service offering development for SIEM, SOAR, packet broker integrations
