💼 About This Role

You'll join an Am Law 100 firm's nationally recognized Finance practice in Boston, working closely with partners on lender-side representation. You'll handle complex transactions including syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings, and leveraged loans, with direct client contact and a clear path for advancement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate credit agreements and security agreements
• Manage restructurings and loan workouts
• Structure and close syndicated and leveraged finance transactions
• Represent lenders in acquisition financings

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years of commercial finance experience
• Strong background in syndicated loan and debt finance transactions
• Experience representing the lender side (agent banks, lead arrangers)
• Proficiency drafting credit agreements and ancillary loan documentation
