You'll lead and scale Profound's mid-market sales team, driving revenue growth with a consultative, customer-first approach in the AI space. You'll build the entire mid-market team from 0 to 1, hiring and coaching Account Executives while overseeing the full sales cycle. This role offers a chance to shape strategy in a fast-evolving AI landscape.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Hire, lead, and mentor a team of mid-market Account Executives
  • Own and guide the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Develop strategic outreach and pipeline management tactics for mid-market
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Success teams to align strategies

📋 Requirements

  • Proven sales leadership experience in SaaS with complex deal management
  • Experience coaching Account Executives in high-velocity and relationship-driven sales
  • Track record of driving predictable revenue and surpassing targets
  • Ability to tailor approaches to unique needs of mid-market customers
