🎯 What You'll Do

• Own analytical success for a feature area by defining north-star metrics and building datasets.
• Provide deep-dive and root-cause analyses to guide feature development.
• Design and analyze experiments to understand feature impact and user behavior.
• Contribute to statistical forecasting models and translate outputs into growth plans.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data science or analytics with a track record of influencing business decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for analysis and modeling.
• Background in A/B testing and causal inference for product development.
• Experience communicating models and findings to senior leadership.
