💼 About This Role

You'll lead stormwater management and flood mitigation projects for a growing consulting firm. Your designs will impact water control structures and regional flood control. You'll oversee projects from concept through construction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead conceptual, preliminary, and final design for water control structures.
• Prepare stormwater management plans using hydraulic and hydrologic models.
• Oversee pre-construction, construction, and post-construction project phases.
• Liaise with clients, agencies, and internal teams for project approvals.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in stormwater and/or groundwater.
• PE license in Florida or ability to obtain.
• Experience with HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, StormWise/ICPR4.

✨ Nice to Have

• ArcGIS and AutoCAD Civil3D experience.
• Knowledge of FDEP, SFWMD, USACE, FDOT regulations.
• Construction experience.
