🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and build procurement strategies.
• Manage contracts to ensure supplier performance and delivery.
• Create sourcing strategies to reduce risk and enable cost reduction.
• Perform quantitative analyses to identify financial impacts and cost improvements.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced degree with 4+ years experience or bachelor's with 6+ years experience in purchasing/supply chain.
• 2+ years experience leading a team with direct reports.
• Experience in contract negotiation or supply chain management.
• Willingness to work extended hours and travel up to 50%.

• Experience with indirect procurement in facilities services.
• Experience with SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Prior experience managing large value contracts with global supply base.
